Many thanks for the discussion, tour and picture today.  We will be in touch as things progress.  Regarding contacting those who previously served, could I suggest the following as text for the email:

The Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers are the biggest and most powerful warships ever constructed for the Royal Navy.  The first of class, HMS Queen Elizabeth is expected to enter Portsmouth for the first time during the summer of 2017 .  The RN/RM would like to hear from anyone who served on board the previous HMS Queen Elizabeth which was commissioned in 1913 and decommissioned in 1948.  Please forward your name and service number to [email protected] copied to [email protected] if you served on board or know of someone that did.
