Ships Figure/Electric Nipples!

A gentleman came up to me in a car park the other day after seeing my Navy car sticker. His father was given what is to believed to be a Steward call - a
button is pressed and the ladies nipples light up - presume this was outside a cabin (??) to summon a steward. It has come from a warship and it is
believed the date is about 1942 and the female figure is 9" high. The technical persons out there will be interested in other photos placed in the Gallery 'Of Interest'.
Any information on this would be most appreciated and I will pass it on to the owner.
