The Federation of Leander class frigate
Dear Communications colleague.
attached is a document that is the result of an inaugural meeting of the Leander class frigate Federation which was held at the Nautical Club Birmingham on Sunday the 7th of April this year.
it came about as the attachment states due to Colin Bates of the Dido association picking up that there were several associations of Leander class frigates with no ties, and there must be thousands of them out there. The Navy News has agreed to release the Federations Mission statement, and as the only communicator at the meeting I offered to request the RNCA to draw its memberships attention to this federation.
